Sharon is a licensed massage therapist. Her mobile massage spa incorporates a variety of techniques including aromatherapy and pregnancy massage treatments. Sharon has 14 years experience as a massage therapist, ITEC Qualifications, Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Diploma in Level 3 & 4 in Massage Therapy and a Diploma in Pregnancy Massage.

Sharon Brown specializes in mobile massage therapy for women for stress management, pain and relaxation. Including aromatherapy massage and pregnancy massage treatments.
My personal experience and observation of the effects of massage, both in giving and receiving, has led to my deeper understanding of its value. The physiological benefits are many and well-known: increased blood circulation, decreased muscle tension, increased joint movement, enhanced digestive and immune function, overall relaxation.
Equally as valuable, if not more so, are the emotional and spiritual benefits. The setting aside a time and space for rejuvenation and renewal, combined with the sensory-soothing experience of the power of human touch, the sound of tranquil music and the flowing fountains, aromatherapy and visually calming surroundings, all contribute to a sense of profound inner calm.
It is in this inner quiet that not only healing can occur, but that one may perhaps be reawakened to some deeper aspect`s of who she really is, and who she has the potential to become.
Freed from the trappings of the busy-ness of day-to-day life, massage may accompany a person to that center which resonates with the Divine Spirit that is already within them. As one client so aptly described it 'When I leave here, I feel as though my body, mind and spirit are all in sync.'
